About Role
For our e-commerce-focused creative marketing agency, you will be responsible for creating engaging, conversion-focused ad content for social media platforms. You will edit a variety of videos for each brief, including three main ad concepts and two variations that offer fresh hooks and perspectives to test audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Edit 5 videos per brief: 3 based on main ad concepts, plus 2 variations with unique hooks or lengths; ensure fast-paced, attention-grabbing edits with strong visual hooks in the first 3–4 seconds; deliver videos in both 9x16 and 4x5 aspect ratios, adhering to duration guidelines (15-40 seconds; use text overlays and captions to convey the key message without relying on sound; select music that aligns with the energy of the ad, enhancing rather than overpowering the visuals.

Requirements: Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar). Experience with Capcut is mandatory; ability to deliver high-quality work within a 24-hour turnaround, with flexibility for multiple projects; strong attention to detail, with a keen sense for storytelling and visual engagement.
