CREATIVES AND CREW
Key Responsibilities: Edit 5 videos per brief: 3 based on main ad concepts, plus 2 variations with unique hooks or lengths; ensure fast-paced, attention-grabbing edits with strong visual hooks in the first 3–4 seconds; deliver videos in both 9x16 and 4x5 aspect ratios, adhering to duration guidelines (15-40 seconds; use text overlays and captions to convey the key message without relying on sound; select music that aligns with the energy of the ad, enhancing rather than overpowering the visuals.
Requirements: Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar). Experience with Capcut is mandatory; ability to deliver high-quality work within a 24-hour turnaround, with flexibility for multiple projects; strong attention to detail, with a keen sense for storytelling and visual engagement.
Mote: Provide a portfolio or examples of your work, ideally showcasing e-commerce or social media ads.
